moira was so welcoming when i got there, it felt like home right away. my single room was super clean and had a nice comfy bed, which is always a plus. the kitchen was stocked with nice stuff like fruit, cereals, and yogurts, so no need to stress about breakfast. plus, its really close to the ferry terminal which is perfect. really enjoyed my stay!
the shower was a bit weird and the water kinda splashed everywhere. also, the communal areas were a little busy at times.

Home away from home vibe!
Super comfy setup! Had a blast with my sister and her pups. The place was clean and cozy. We could whip up meals in the big kitchen—so handy after shopping for supplies. Moira was awesome, organized a taxi for us and gave us tips on the area. Just wish the breakfast scene was a bit more social.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the nearby beach and checked out the local racecourse. Our room was comfy, and it was great to have a kitchen to prepare meals together. The host was super helpful with tips and organized our taxi easily.
Just a heads up, I found getting a late-night taxi a bit tricky, so plan accordingly.

We enjoyed our stay in the family room. it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our two babies. Moira's warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the breakfast parcels were a delightful touch, especially before our early ferry trip to Arran.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kinks for securing baby equipment.

Cozy stay with awesome breakfast
We stayed for 2 nights and it was super chill. The place was clean and comfy, and Moira was sooo friendly. Plus, we had a great breakfast, though it could’ve been a bit bigger. Loved the communal vibe at meals! Just hoping for some more options next time. Totally recommend it for anyone looking.

Noise from slamming doors could be disruptive during the night, particularly with a shared bathroom nearby. While the room had a private bathroom, the noise from the toilet next door was audible, which can be a bit off-putting. The claim of a private kitchen is misleading since it’s actually shared facilities that others can access, detracting from the level of privacy expected.
